Arabic catalog for social sellers
Daleli
An Arabic catalog foundation for sellers who rely on social media and WhatsApp. It organizes the business identity, branches, products and collections, then hands the conversation to WhatsApp with the right context.
What it is
Daleli gives a seller an organized home for the business: its identity, branches, products and collections. A customer browses, picks, then moves to WhatsApp with the product they are asking about.
The selling itself stays in the conversation. Daleli organizes what comes before it.
The social-selling journey
A seller who relies on posts and stories tends to answer the same questions on WhatsApp: is it still available? how much? which branch? And each conversation starts from a photo or a screenshot.
The idea behind Daleli is that the chat starts with both sides already knowing the product and the branch, instead of spending the first messages on clarification.
