Services
What we can build or set up for you.
We build new systems, configure existing platforms, and connect the tools your team already uses. Each section covers when you need it, what it can include, and when it isn’t the right fit.
Custom business systems
Internal systems, portals and digital products built around a specific workflow that an off-the-shelf product doesn’t fit as is.
When you need this
Your team works in a way generic software doesn’t match. Information lives in spreadsheets, chats and paper, and each step depends on someone remembering it.
You may have tried a generic product, bent your process to fit it, then stopped using it.
What it can include
- Mapping the current workflow before any code is written
- An internal system with clear roles and permissions
- A portal for customers or suppliers, where needed
- Reports, receipts and printable documents
- Arabic and English interfaces
- Delivery in phases, starting with the most urgent part
Where AI genuinely helps — summarizing or sorting a request, for example — we add it inside the step it serves, with a person reviewing wherever a mistake would be costly.
An example from our work
- KFix
Repair shop management, from device intake to handover.

When it isn’t the right fit
If an existing product covers most of what you need, configuring it is usually faster and cheaper than building.
And if the process itself isn’t clear yet, we sort it out with you before building anything.
How to start
Tell us how the task runs today, step by step, and who does each step.
Describe your processRetail and POS
Point of sale, inventory, catalogs and Arabic-first experiences built for daily reliability, even when the connection isn’t.
When you need this
You sell from one shop or several, and stock only matches the shelves after a long count. When the internet drops, sales stop.
Or you sell through social media and WhatsApp, and customers keep asking about the same product because the catalog is a mess.
What it can include
- A point of sale that runs locally, without depending on the internet
- Items, prices and stock in one place
- Right-to-left Arabic interfaces from the start
- A branch and product catalog that ends in a WhatsApp chat about the right item
- Repeatable installation, updates and data migrations

- ZadPOS
An Arabic desktop point of sale that keeps working offline.
See ZadPOS - DaleliPrivate pre-pilot
An Arabic catalog foundation for sellers who rely on social media and WhatsApp.

When it isn’t the right fit
If your current POS works well and the problem is reporting or connecting it to another tool, integration may be enough without replacing it.
How to start
Tell us how you sell today, how you track stock, and where things break.
Tell us about your shopIntegration and automation
We connect systems and data, and cut the steps your team repeats by hand.
When you need this
The same information gets typed into more than one place. Someone copies orders from WhatsApp into a spreadsheet, then from the spreadsheet into the accounting software.
Each tool is fine on its own. They just don’t talk to each other.
What it can include
- Connecting systems through their APIs or scheduled file exchanges
- Moving and cleaning data between systems
- Notifications when an order arrives or a status changes
- Automating repeated tasks like creating invoices or updating stock
- A clear log of what moved and when, so you can see where something failed
AI can help read a message or document and pull out its data. We use it where the result can be checked, not where a mistake is expensive.
When it isn’t the right fit
If the core tool doesn’t allow connections, or is itself the problem, wiring around it only delays the issue. Then we talk through replacing it or building.
How to start
List the tools you use, and the step your team repeats by hand most often.
Describe the repeated stepConfigured business solutions
Not every solution needs to be built from scratch. When a suitable platform covers most of the need, we’d rather configure and connect it well.
When you need this
The problem is common to many businesses: customer messages get lost, sales follow-up lives on paper, invoices and stock sit in separate spreadsheets.
And you want your team working soon, not waiting for a system built from zero.
What it can include
Customer service hub
WhatsApp, website and email messages in one inbox, conversations assigned across the team, and a view of what still needs a reply.
CRM and sales follow-up
A record for every lead, clear stages for every deal, and follow-up reminders so no request slips.
ERP and operations
Purchasing, stock, invoicing and accounts in one system, set up with your terms and your steps.
Internal tools and dashboards
Simple screens for your team on top of the data you already have: approvals, order tracking, daily reports.
For each: we choose the platform with you, configure it, migrate data, connect it to your tools, and train the team.
When it isn’t the right fit
If the way you work is what sets you apart, and a platform would need heavy changes to fit it, a custom system may be clearer in the long run. We’ll tell you that before we start.
Operation and support
Launch isn’t the last step. We prepare the system to run, and stay with it after launch as agreed.
When you need this
The system is ready, but the old data is still in spreadsheets. Nobody is sure a working backup exists.
Updates keep getting postponed because nobody knows what might break.
What it can include
- Launch and hosting setup
- Data migration from old systems or spreadsheets
- Backups, with restores actually tested
- Error monitoring and follow-up
- Updates and fixes after launch
- Documentation that helps your team understand the system
The scope and form of support are agreed before launch, depending on the project.
When it isn’t the right fit
If you have a technical team running servers and updates, handing the system over with documentation may be enough.
We focus on supporting what we built or configured. Supporting a system we haven’t worked on starts with reviewing it.
How to start
If you have a system that needs running or a data migration, describe where it stands today.

Describe it as it is. You don’t need a technical spec before the first conversation.
